Regulatory & Compliance Status

1. Code and Documentation

On-chain behavior depends on the actual deployed contracts:

  1. Behavior Verification: Documentation explains the mechanisms. Verify actual behavior against the deployed, verified source and bytecode on BNB Chain.
  2. Third-Party Venue Dependencies: The protocol interacts with third-party decentralized applications and launchpads (including Flap and PancakeSwap). TheFatCat core contributors have no control over third-party infrastructure, RPC availability, or external token smart contracts.

2. Jurisdiction & User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations in their relevant jurisdiction before acquiring $FATCAT or interacting with the protocol contracts. Access may be restricted or prohibited in jurisdictions under comprehensive sanctions or where decentralized digital asset staking is prohibited by law.

3. Third-Party Tokenized Assets (bStocks)

Some menu assets are third-party tokens tracking equity or index prices. Rights, redemption terms, eligible users and regional availability depend on the actual issuer’s terms and cannot be inferred from a menu name. Review the relevant offering documents and comply with applicable regulatory and tax requirements before use.
